Smart building solutions are generally products of global companies and products widely used in the market, and are reflected in the design as products that meet drawings and specifications and moderately cost-effectively. SBSC does not simply review solutions, but receives enough solutions from clients (users) to share their opinions, and compares systems with multiple vendors and advises clients (users) to choose.
After the solution is selected, we help the contractor to ensure that the solution is constructed as intended and the final result is obtained, and also cooperate with the owner (user) in the final handover task.
After completion, the building owner (user) can be advised and selected for the maintenance work of each solution builder separately from the warranty period of the building contract.
